Essential storage

We store what the site needs to work: your booking and payment session (handled by our payment provider), staff sign-in, and your cookie choice. These are always on.

Optional marketing cookies (Meta Pixel)

Only if you click Accept, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sets the _fbp cookie (kept for up to 90 days) and may set _fbc when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad. We use it to measure our ads and help Meta show them to people likely to be interested.

• Page views of public pages: the page address and the site you came from. Page views are not recorded on booking, payment, thank-you or staff pages, and addresses carrying unexpected details are skipped.
• A completed booking: once payment is confirmed, a Purchase event is sent from the thank-you page after the payment reference has been removed from its address. It contains the total paid in GBP and an anonymous event number.
• Meta also receives your device's IP address and browser details, as with any web request.
• We never send your name, email, phone number, passenger names or payment details.
• Automatic form and button tracking and automatic advanced matching are switched off.

If you reject, or don't choose, nothing is loaded from Meta. Meta processes data under its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Change or withdraw your choice

You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing stops Meta measurement straight away and removes the Meta cookies from this site. You can also use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
