Coach Day Trips from BlythAll pickup points
Our Northumberland runs start early so you get a full day at the other end. Morpeth Bus Station is usually first at around 07:00, followed by Ashington at 07:15, Bedlington at 07:27, Blyth (Bebside) at 07:37 and Cramlington at 07:50. Coastal passengers can join at Whitley Bay at around 08:08, and the coach then calls at Newcastle city centre before heading south. Times are the usual pattern for a day trip and your confirmation email always shows the exact time for your departure.
Every Coach2DayTrips departure is out and back in a day — no hotels, no packing and no motorway driving. You board at your local stop, the driver ticks you off the passenger list, and you travel in a modern coach with reserved extra-legroom seating. Destinations range from the Yorkshire and Cumbrian coasts to historic cities, gardens, markets and steam railways, and you are dropped back at the same Northumberland stop the same evening.
Book online in a couple of minutes with encrypted card payment, or call the office on 01670 333 000 (or 0191 232 3333) and we will take the booking over the phone and email your confirmation. Seats are reserved to your name and cancellation insurance is available at £3 per person. Coach2DayTrips is the day trip brand of Liberty Coaches NE Ltd, based at Liberty House, Station Road, Cramlington, with over 30 years of coaching experience in Northumberland and the wider North East.
Morpeth Bus Station is the first stop on most of our runs, at around 07:00, which means Morpeth passengers get the longest day at the destination. It is a short walk from the town centre and Market Place, and there is parking nearby if you are driving in from Pegswood, Longhirst or the villages west of the town.
Ashington joins at around 07:15 and Bedlington at around 07:27, so the coach is loaded and away before the morning traffic builds. Between them these two stops cover Ashington, Bedlington, Bedlington Station, Guide Post and Stakeford, and they are the busiest stops on our Northumberland runs.
Blyth passengers join at Bebside at around 07:37 — handy for Blyth itself, Newsham, Cowpen and Bebside, and easy to reach from the A189 if someone is dropping you off. Coastal trips to Seahouses and Holy Island are the most popular choices from this stop.
Cramlington is our home town — Liberty Coaches NE Ltd is based at Liberty House on Station Road — and the Cramlington pickup is usually around 07:50, the last Northumberland stop before the coast and Newcastle. It suits passengers from Cramlington, Seaton Delaval, Dudley and Annitsford.
